Had to draw her because she's lovely. She was Roll mixed with Dorothy from Big O. That's wonderful.

I have a theory that Dr. Sanda is the Dr. Cossack of the series and Call is a robotic recreation of his dead daughter. Thus her barrier that he's reluctant to explain the reason for, to keep her safe.

As for the game...

It had bad graphics, and graphics are the most important thing in a video game, therefore Mighty No. 9 was bad.
